1. Definitions & Interpretation

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context requires, singular terms include the plural and vice versa.

References to any statute or statutory provision include any subordinate legislation made under it and any amendment, re-enactment, or replacement of it. Clause and section headings are provided for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation. Where any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to cn777 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception.

• You must be a natural person aged 18 years or older at the time of account registration and at all subsequent times while your account remains active. cn777 does not permit gambling by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing cn777 from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited under local law as it applies to you personally. By registering, you represent and warrant that you have independently verified your legal entitlement to use the platform.

• You must complete any identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) process requested by cn777 within the timeframes specified. Failure to do so will result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities until verification is completed satisfactorily.
• cn777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, address, and payment method ownership at any time. Accepted documents include the National Identity Card (NID) of Bangladesh, valid passport, or other government-issued photo identification together with a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days.
• Players who are found to have registered while under the age of 18, or who have provided false age information, will have their account permanently closed. Any winnings generated while the player was under the legal age will be forfeited. cn777 will take all reasonable steps to prevent underage gambling and cooperates fully with relevant authorities in relation to any verified case.

3. Account Registration & Security

Your cn777 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials at all times.

• Each player is permitted to hold one and only one active cn777 account. If cn777 detects that a player holds, or has previously held, multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — all associated accounts may be suspended or permanently closed and any balances may be forfeited at cn777's discretion.
• You are responsible for keeping your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials strictly confidential. You must not share your login details with any other person, including family members, friends, or cn777 support staff. cn777 will never ask for your password.
• You must notify cn777 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. cn777 will investigate and take reasonable steps to secure the account, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification of unauthorised access where the player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.
• You are required to keep your account registration details accurate and up to date. Any change to your name, contact number, email address, or primary payment method must be reported to cn777 support within 14 days of the change occurring. Failure to maintain accurate account details may delay withdrawal processing.
• cn777 may, at its sole discretion, require additional verification steps when unusual account activity is detected, including changes to login location, unusually large withdrawals, or repeated failed login attempts. These measures are in place to protect your account and your funds.
• cn777 is entitled to close dormant accounts — accounts that have shown no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive calendar months — following prior written notice to the registered email address. Any balance remaining in a dormant account at the time of closure will be held in trust for the player for a period of 24 months, after which unclaimed balances may be retained by cn777 in accordance with applicable record-keeping obligations.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

All financial transactions on the cn777 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern how funds are deposited into and withdrawn from your cn777 account.

• cn777 accepts deposits exclusively from payment methods registered in the player's own legal name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed in real time and typically credit to the player's cn777 wallet within 60 seconds of a successful mobile payment confirmation. cn777 accepts no liability for processing delays caused by the mobile wallet provider, network congestion, or scheduled maintenance windows.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules govern all betting and gaming activity on the cn777 platform. Sport-specific and game-specific supplementary rules are published on the relevant betting market or game page and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

• Bets placed on cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers — are settled in accordance with official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC, or equivalent). In the event of a match interruption, abandonment, or result reversal by the governing body, bets will be settled or voided in accordance with cn777's cricket betting rules published on the cricket betting page.
• Casino games on the cn777 platform use certified random number generators. All game outcomes are independently and randomly determined. cn777 has no ability to influence individual game outcomes. Players acknowledge that casino games carry a house edge and that past outcomes do not influence future results.
• cn777 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake, maximum winnings, or maximum accumulator payout applicable to any player's account, betting market, or game at any time without prior notice. Where a bet exceeds any applicable limit, cn777 may reduce the stake to the applicable maximum or void the excess portion of the bet.
• Winnings from cash bets (placed using real-money balance rather than bonus credits) are credited to the player's wallet immediately upon settlement and are available for withdrawal subject to identity verification requirements. Winnings generated from bonus credits are subject to the wagering requirements of the applicable bonus before becoming withdrawable.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

7. Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cn777 platform. Detection of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, exploit, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the cn777 platform, its databases, its APIs, or any third-party game or payment system integrated into the platform.
• Creating a cn777 account while subject to a self-exclusion order, either issued by cn777 or by any other recognised responsible gambling programme, or re-registering under a different identity following account closure for responsible gaming reasons.
• Using the cn777 platform for any commercial purpose, including reselling bet selections, operating a tipster service that places bets on behalf of third-party clients, or running an unregistered betting exchange or syndicate through the platform.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

cn777 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time. Players also have the right to request voluntary account closure at any time.

• cn777 may suspend a player account immediately and without prior notice where there is a reasonable suspicion of prohibited activity, pending investigation. During a suspension, the player will not be able to place bets, access casino games, or request withdrawals. Any funds held in the account at the time of suspension will remain in the account and will not be confiscated unless the investigation concludes that prohibited activity has been confirmed.
• Where an investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms & Conditions by the player, cn777 may permanently close the account and, in serious cases involving fraud or prohibited activity, forfeit the account balance. The player will be notified of the outcome by email within 7 business days of the investigation's conclusion.
• Players who wish to close their account voluntarily — including for responsible gaming reasons — may contact cn777 support via live chat at any time. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any positive cash balance (excluding bonus credits that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's primary payment method within 3 business days of account closure confirmation.

9. Limitation of Liability

The following provisions define the extent of cn777's liability to players in connection with the use of the platform and its services.

• The cn777 platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While cn777 endeavours to maintain platform uptime of at least 99.5% on a monthly basis, cn777 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from latency during peak periods such as live IPL or BPL matches.
• cn777 accepts no liability for losses arising from technical faults, internet connectivity failures, device compatibility issues, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers including game studios, payment processors, or internet service providers, where such failures are outside cn777's reasonable control.
• In the event that a technical fault causes an incorrect bet settlement, incorrect game outcome display, or erroneous crediting or debiting of a player account, cn777 reserves the right to correct the error and restore the account to the position it would have been in had the fault not occurred. cn777 will not honour any additional winnings that arose solely as a result of a technical error.
• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cn777's total aggregate liability to any player arising from a single incident or series of connected incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits cn777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
• Players acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that cn777 has no liability for gambling losses incurred through the normal operation of the platform. The player is solely responsible for all betting and gaming decisions made on their account.

10. Amendments to These Terms

cn777 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following process applies whenever changes are made.
